Cimec America AM DPS 9-8-1C-1VA rinser, filler and capper monoblock. Manufacturer: C.I.M.E.C., Italy. Serial number 045, built 2004. CE marked, with EU Declaration of Conformity.
 
A compact monoblock with 9 rinsing nozzles, 8 isobaric (counter-pressure) filling valves, a crown capping head and a ROPP capping head, for still or carbonated drinks in glass bottles. Carbonated product needs to be carbonated before filling. The machine does not include a carbonator.

Single pre-evacuation with CO2 bottle purge (not double pre-evacuation)
No vacuum pump fitted
Up to 2,000 bottles per hour (owner's figure), depending on bottle size and product
 
Capping
ROPP (screw cap) head enabled, set up for 28mm ROPP caps on MCA bottle finish
Crown capping head disabled. The current owner never used it and its condition is unknown. An engineer would need to assess what is required to bring it back into use

Condition
Last in production in August 2025, when it was fully operational. Now in storage. The owner describes the machine as well used and in working order, but needing an engineer to get it fully up to speed. Videos of it running are available on request.
