2021 Complete Coating, Breading and Battering line, suitable for poultry, seafood, red meat, plant-based proteins, and cheese products. This system comprises of the following machinery:

2 x DJJ100-II Batter Mixers mounted on mobile frame, and each fitted with a Gedong SCP-10422 Flat Vane Pump. Mixing vessel capacity – 100 litres (per unit). 

1 x SJJ600-IV Batter Coating machine with recirculating pump. Serial number - 0362108. While the products pass through the batter shower on the conveyer, the underside of the products are coated by the batter stored in the tank; the topside is enclosed with batter by the batter weir fall.

1 x SXJ600-IV Breading/Flouring Machine. Serial number - 0662110. This works as a continuous, automated system that applies an even, uniform layer of dry flour or breadcrumbs to food products. As products enter the machine, they ride on a wire-mesh conveyor belt that passes over a bed of flour or breadcrumbs, coating the underside of the food. Heavy-duty air blowers and vibrators remove loose, excess flour or crumbs from the coated products before they exit the machine. An integrated screw and circulation system continuously gathers, sifts, and recycles the unused flour or crumbs back into the hopper to maintain high material efficiency.

1 x NJJ600-IV Tempura Battering Machine. Serial number – 0462109. This machine automatically applies thick or thin tempura batters to products through an immersive dipping process. As food moves along the line, it travels between an upper and lower mesh belt that completely submerge the product into a batter bath, ensuring 100% coverage. It is built specifically to handle the high viscosity characteristic of traditional tempura batters. You can easily adjust the gap between the upper and lower mesh belts to accommodate products of varying sizes and shapes.
 
Output capacity – up to 500 kg/h (approx.), subject to the product, belt speed, coating pickup, and product spacing.
Electrical requirements – all machines are rated to 415 V / 50 hz / 3 phase.
Useable wire mesh conveyor belt width – 600mm wide.
Total line/system footprint dimensions – 9.25m long x 1.2m wide x 2.2m high.
