Moving Machines provided a phased plan that ensured maximum value with a fixed date for the site to be clear.

 

Phase 1 Valuation: Moving machines site visit to complete a survey establishing quantity, condition, specifications and imagery. With a detailed catalogue, Moving Machines were able to provide individual item and overall valuation.

Phase 2 Auction: Moving Machines are authorised auctioneers for leading auction portals. The survey provided all the information needed to create an online auction with invitations sent to our database to complement the portal audience.

Phase 3 Sales and collections: A combination of a direct sales, a successful auction and integration of assets into Moving Machines stock meant that a designated collection period could be set for the site to be clear.

Phase 4 Site condition: Following sales and collections and the removal of all assets, Moving Machines left the site clean and tidy, ready for customer to complete their exit from the property.
