Weighing and vertical form, fill and seal bagging system, previously used to weigh and pack confectionery and snacks into block-bottom packs. This system comprises of the following machines/equipment:
 
1 x Yamato 14-head weigher with RCU 9 control panel and fitted with smooth weighing pans. Model - ADW-514AWCC. Serial number - 5611205. Weighing range - 4g up to 500g. Speed - up to 120 packs/minute, depending on product weight.
 
1 x Gainsborough Engineering Co. GV2 vertical form, fill and seal bagging machine with ICE Zodiac Hawk Printer. Serial number - GV121540. Date of manufacture - 2012. Sealing bars: Horizontal - 250mm long & Vertical - 430mm long. Forming tube - Rectangular, 80mm x 50mm. Pack types - Block-bottom, square-edge, or structured pouch.
 
1 x Gantry/stand. Overall dimensions - 1455mm long x 1455mm wide x 1750mm high.
 
1 x Gainsborough Engineering Co. outfeed conveyor on height-adjustable feet. Outfeed height - 950mm high. Belt - flighted, 1800mm long x 200mm wide.
