This is an industrial volumetric dough divider engineered to split massive batches of dough into accurate individual portions.
Supplied with electrical cabinet, extensive spare parts kit, user manual and electrical drawings.

Suitable dough types - Wheat, rye, multigrain, whole wheat, stiff pizza doughs, and soft French doughs.

Dough divider overall dimensions - 3000mm wide (2000mm wide without either exit conveyor fitted) x 1800mm wide x 1900mm high (approximately).
