PFM Complete Weighing & Bagging System

Complete weighing and bagging system manufactured by PFM. Used for wide variety of products such as for packing oats, cereals, dried fruits, confectionery, rice, lentils, etc.

 

Currently packing up to 1kg packs and can run at up to 19 bags per minute, faster if smaller packs. System footprint - 7500mm long x 3700mm wide x 4300mm high.

 

This system comprises of the following equipment:

 

1 x J&K Stainless Solutions Infeed swan-neck conveyor with feeding hopper. 

  • Useable belt width - 320mm.
  • Flytes - 60mm.
  • Hopper entrance - 690mm long x 275mm wide.
  • Overall dimensions - 5200mm long x 1385mm wide x 4300mm high.

 

 

1 x Vibratory pan.

  • Gantry with stairs (stainless steel): overall dimensions - 5330 long x 3600mm wide x 3330mm high (to rail).
  • Stairs - 2550mm long from gantry.
  • Platform dimensions - 2780mm long x 3410mm wide.
  • Hole in gantry - 925mm long x 1120mm wide.

 

1 x PFM Multihead 10-head weigher: 

  • Weighs up to 1kg.
  • Speed - 60-70 drops/min, depending on weight.
  • Overall dimensions - 1210mm long x 1140mm wide x 1300mm high.

 

1 x PFM Zenith VFFS bagger with 2 x Zodiac HS thermal printers / coders:

  • Date of manufacture - 2011.
  • Sealing jaws: Horizontal Jaws - 350mm long. Vertical sealing jaw - 460mm long.
  • Speed - up to 19 bags (1kg) per minute.
  • Current film - 502mm.
  • Reel width - 950mm.
  • Overall dimensions - 2130mm long x 1420mm wide x 2060mm high.

 

Notes:

purchased refurbished from PFM. Used with clear and printed film.

 

1 x PCL swan-neck outfeed conveyor (mobile) with variable speed and intralox belt.

  • Belt width - 280mm.
  • Infeed - 300mm.
  • Outfeed - 880mm.
  • Overall dimensions - 1600 x 700 x 980mm H.
