Complete weighing and bagging system manufactured by Line Equipment Ltd. 

Used for wide variety of products such as for weighing and packing confectionery, snacks,   coffee, powder, biscuits, fresh food, frozen food, etc. 

Previously used for weighing and packing sliced & diced chorizo, salami and Biltong. 
 
This system comprises of the following equipment:
 
1 x Bilwinco TILF01 mobile inclined infeed conveyor.
Belt width - 300mm wide. 
Infeed height- 900mm. 
Outfeed height- 3.4m.
Overall - 2.6m long x 1.875m wide x 3.5m high.
 
1 x Line Equipment Ltd 14-head multihead weigher with dimple pans. 
Model - LE-JW-14 1.6.
Controls - MCU with Siemens HMI 10 inch touch screen.
Single weighing range - 10g to 5000g.
Speed - up to 120 drops / minute, depending on weight. 
Volume of weighing hoppers - 1.6 litres, per hopper. 
 
1 x Line Equipment Ltd vertical form, fill and seal bagging machine with thermal inkjet printer.
Model - LE200S.
Controls - PLC with HMI panel.
Sealing bars - vertical 420mm, horizontal 270mm wide. 
Speed - 60-80 packs / minute, depending on bag size.
Bag size range: Length - up to 400mm maximum. Width: up to 250mm maximum.  
Was being used to form 35g-120g packs, but can do larger. 
Various forming tubes (3 x units) included.
Thermal printer - Markem-Imaje SmartDate X45.
 
1 x Outfeed conveyor - flyted.
Belt - 460mm. 
Infeed height - 200mm.
Outfeed height - 1000mm. 
 
Gantry with steps
3.85m long x 2.1m wide x 2.9m high (with rail). 
Platform internal dimensions - 2m x 2m.
