PACKING LINE 1 – Complete packing line used for packing muffins, brownies and cakes, comprising of:
 
1 x Fuji FW3410CX high-speed box-motion flow wrapper (Serial no. – 032901. Date of manufacture – 2019) with Zodiac HS thermal transfer printer. Fitted with adjustable folding box. Sealing jaws - 300mm wide. Belt width - 240mm wide. Pitch - 230mm. Largest product - 200mm wide x 100mm high. Cut off length - 100mm to 450mm. Overall dimensions - 4.5m long x 1.6m wide x 1.8m high.
 
1 x Loma Systems CW3 checkweigher with infeed spacer conveyors (Serial no. ACW54376-49727D, Date of manufacture – 2019). Belt width - 280mm wide. Weigh platform - 500mm lonc x 260mm wide. Overall length - 3m long.
 
1 x Lazy Susan with poly-top. Diameter - 1.2m. Fixed speed.
 
1 x Endoline top and bottom case sealer.
 
1 x Loma Systems IQ3+ bulk metal detector with alarm and stop-on-detect reject system (Serial no. – QPB56-30-37541D, Date of manufacture – 2017). Aperture dimensions - 550mm wide x 300mm high (245mm height clearance). Belt dimensions - 1800mm long x 495mm wide.
 
1 x Codeology Ltd C515 conveyor-mounted print-and-apply label applicator with thermal transfer printer (Serial no. – CT20-000106, Date of manufacture – 2020).
 
1 x Extendable gravity roller conveyor.
 
All equipment to be removed from the factory by the Buyer.
